  • REYL ISP is looking forward to the Head of Business Development for Asteria-Obviam. He/she will be involved in activities such as sales, business and product development. The Head of Business must be able to work in a challenge environment and interested in achieving important goals. 
Responsibility


SALES

  • Maintain existing business and develop Asteria Obviam’s client base in Switzerland within all segments:
  • Institutional, pension funds and insurance
  • Wholesale, banks, IFA
  • Foundations and DFI’s 
  • Single and Multi-family offices
  • Support the internal distribution of Asteria Obviam product within the Reyl and Intesa Sanpaolo eco system (including Reyl, Fideuram, Eurizon, IMI Corporate Investment Banking and Intesa SanPaolo Vita)
  • Support the growth and development of the businesses Europe distribution network.  
  • BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT
  • Shaping the sales strategy with the executive committee 
  • Define marketing and communication plan
  • Promote firm’s investment capabilities both on listed and private assets
  • Partner closely with investment team 
  • Coverage of local and global consultants, supervise tender processes 
  • Develop and maintain relationship with placement agents 
  • Build out a sale team and manage the Marketing team 

PRODUCT DEVELOPMENT 

  • Lead to the product development function by articulating the client need on each segment 
  • Define product priorities and liaise with the PM and Research functions
  • Maintain an innovative and relevant offer

MANAGEMENT

  • As part of the executive committee has the goal to:
  • Achieve the sales plan and target 
  • Develop business strategy by market and region 
  • Develop strategic business partnership
Profile
  • Up to 7 years of experience in Asset Management and Funds business and in opening new markets and developing a distribution network
  • Strong understanding of the green economy transition and the role, functioning of impact investment strategies 
  • A solid network of contacts in Switzerland within the networks of clients mentioned 
  • A proven track-record in sales, preferably in a structure of similar size
  • A strong value alignment with impact investing
  • Highly developed relational skills
  • Dynamic, self-driven, entrepreneur 
  • Organized, systematic
  • Bilingual French & English
  • Swiss Residence
